1. Return & Exchange Period
Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
2. Eligibility Requirements
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, collars, harnesses, ID products, and pet hygiene items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged on arrival.
3. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive defective, damaged, or wrong items, please contact our customer service with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will cover the return shipping cost and offer a full refund or free replacement.
4. Returns for Personal Reasons
For returns due to change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
